1. Misalignment: For use on sloped surfaces up to 7° maximum. When mated with apropriate EDDIE-BOLT® 2 PIN.
2. Dimensions to be met after finish, but before lubrication. 3. Color identification: EN1282ND(*): Nuts are identified with white paint within lobe area as shown. All three lobes shall be completely covered with paint on a minimum of 95% of the lobe area of each part. Overspray permitted on exterior surfaces. EN1382NDU(*): "No paint". 4. All EDDIE-NUTS™ must be installed using an appropriate DELTA-RAD™ EDDIE-BOLT® installation tool. 5. Nut assemblies shall be packaged in clear, sealed plastic bags. Each bag shall contain a maximum of 100 nuts per diameter. Each bag shall be marked with "EDDIE-NUTS™", Manufacturer´s complete part number, Manufacturer´s lot number, Manufacturer´s name and "PACK" date. 6. Nut and Washers to be aligned with low breakage adhesive in the assembled condition. |
