  • Washer : corrosion resistant steel series 300 or AMS5525.
SURFACE TREATMENT:
  • Nut : Silver plate 5 to 10 µm in accordance with EN 2786 + Cetyl Alcohol.
  • Washer : Passivation in accordance with AMS2700.
CLASSIFICATION: 900 MPa (at ambient temperature) / 235°C.

THREAD: MJ in accordance with ISO 5855-2.

TOLERANCES OF FORM AND POSITION: In accordance with ISO 8788.

MARKING: MJ - SD in accordance with EN 2424 – Category N + letter C on the area indicated on the drawing.

QUALIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS: ISO5858. Except tensile strength per table. Locking torque tested with titanium pin only single cycle re-usability (JN0011 to JN0014).
