1. Minimum ultimate single shear and tensile strength, in pounds, of installed fastener. 2. Applies to grips 05-03 Max, 06-03 Max, 10-05 Max and greater. In shorter grips, a true composite shear test cannot be performed. 3. Trim flash not to exceed .005 maximum length above head of pin. 4. Solid or split lock collar at manufacturer´s option. Split not to exceed .020. 5. Knurled to retain fastener components. Not part of installed fastener. 6. Blind side head may be installed on 5° max slope. 7. Identification: Huck symbol, EV and grip dash number. 8. The average reading of the smallest & largest observed value on the same specimen must be equal to or greater than the stated minimum diameter. This is applicable to design grip range. 9. Concentracity: Conical surface of protruding head to "D" diameter to be within .010 F.I.M. 10. Optional drive washer for installation with blunt nosed tool. Not part of installed fastener. 11. "E" length of diameter "D" may be .002 undersized. 12. Diameter of pin head shall not exceed "D" max and may be .002 below "D" min. 13. Overlap in design grip range makes fastener well-suited for composite structures with large grip tollerances. Fastener is intended to be installed to be installed in "design grip range". Fasteners installed in grips above "design grip range" perform reliably provided that the installed pin and collar flushness requirements are met. 14.
