  • Place I.D. on 0.164 ±0.002 dia. mandrel to measure 0.250-0.280 O.D.
  • To be used with CA2000 and CA20000 series stud nuts.
  • Retaining Rings are sold mounted on an installation tool as shown in figure 2 to insure proper installation -50 rings per tool.
  • Panel preparation: 0.307 - 0.317 dia. c'bore x 0.025-0.035 deep.
  • Installation procedures:
    Insert pilot point completely into stud nut threads.
    Slide retaining ring onto stud nut with "coined side" facing the stud nut head as shown in figure 2.
