  • Place I.D. on 0.185-0.189 in Dia mandrel to measure 0.340-0.370 O.D.
  • To be used with CA1800 and CA18000 series stud nuts.
  • Retaining rings are sold mounted on an installation tool as shown figure 2 to insure proper installation -50 rings per tool.
  • Panel preparation:
    • 0.485-0.515 in Dia C´Bore x 0.025-0.035 in Depth.
    • C´Bore location optional. Underside of outer panel preferred.
  • Installation procedures:
    • Insert pilot point completely into stud nut threads.
    • Slide retaining ring onto stud nut with "coined side" facing the stud nut head as shown in figure 2.
