Technical Specifications

  1. Single shear and ultimate tensile strength shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of NASM 1312 - 20 and NASM 1312 - 8, respectively. Testing applies to diameter/grips 05-04, 06-05, 08-06, 10-07 and 12-09 and longer.
  2. Dimensions are in inches and are to be met after finish and before lubrication.
  3. 3 indentations 120° apart to provide thread lock.
  4. Blind side head may be installed on 5° maximum slope.
  5. Transition optional. May be radius or chamfer.
  6. Identification: -05 and -06: no identification markings. -08, -10 and 12: manufacturer's ID and A square outline for ER755 head configuration. Marking indented .010 maximum, arrangement optional.
  7. "P" length of øD may be .002 undersize.
