General Notes

2. Surface teyture per ASME B46.1.
3. Conial surface of head runout to "D" within 0.004 FIM.
4. Runout of "A" to "D" within "F" FIM. Runout of "D" to "Pitch" within "G" FIM when held on the "Pitch" of the complete threads nearest the shank and checked on the shank within one diameter of the thread runout.
5. Blended radius trensition permits use in interference fit application.
6. Curved or flat edge manufacturer´s option.
7. Flute location ("K" Dimension) and geometry are inspected per HFS specification E106.
8. Threads must accept an AS8879 "GO" ring gage to assure free running nut capability. AS8879 limits do not apply to threads in the fluted portion of the thread, the Minor & Pitch Diameters may be up to 0.004 below AS8879 minimum values and major diameter may be up to 0.002 below sheet 1 values for a distance equal to the flute length plus 1.5P may.

10. Pins shall be packaged on repackaged in clear sealed bags. Each bag shall be marked with purchaser´s and manufacturer´s complete part number. Manufacturer´s or distributor´s name and the pack date.
