1. Dimensions in inches and to be met after finish and before cetyl lube. 2. Surface texture per ANSI B46.1. 3. Runout pf "A" to "D" diameter within 0.010 FIM. Runout of "D" to "Pitch" within "G" FIM when held on the "Pitch" of the complete threads nearest the shank and checked on the shank within one diameter of the thread runout. 4. Flute location ("K" Dimension) and geometry are inspected per HFS specification E106. 5. Threads must accept a AS8879 "GO" ring gage to assure free running nut capability. AS8879 limits do not apply to threads in the fluted portion of the threads, The Minor and Pitch diameters may be up to 0.004 below AS8879 minimum values and major diameter may be up to 0.002 below Sheet 1 values a distance equal to the flute length plus 1.5P max. 6. Blended radius trensition permits use in interference fit application. 7. See Table III. 8. Pins shall be packaged or repackeged in clear sealed bags. Each bag shall be marked with purchaser´s and manufacturer´s complete part number, manufacturer´s lot number, manufacturer´s or distributor´s name and the pack date. 9. Various nut materials and configurations available upon request. 10. Parts with a manufacture date on or after April 7, 2011; Shall have the SPLINE-LOK™ recess petals removed in accordance with E121. The requiremants of E121 are not applicable to parts with a manufacture date prior to April 7, 2011; These parts are acceptable for use until inventories are depleted. |
