N/A These pins are available with different wrenching recesses. The hex recess equiped pins are intended for general, dry, without sealant installations. The SPLINE-LOK™ recess equiped pins are intended for, but not limited to clearence fit installations where the pin is installed wet with sealant. |

1. Dimensions, unless otherwise noted: In inches; apply after finish. 2. Surface texture per ASME B46.1. 3. Conical surface of head to be concentric to "D" within 0.004 FIM. 4. "A1" is concentric to "D" within "F" FIM. Runout of "D" to "Pitch" within "X" FIM when held on the "Pitch" of the complete threads nearest the shank & checked on the shank with one diameter of the thread runout. 5. Blended radius transition permits use in interference fit application. 6. Curved or flat edge manufacturer´s option. 7. Flute location ("K" dimension) and geometry are inspected per HFS specification E106. 8. Threads must accept a AS8879 "GO" ring gage to assure free running nut capability. AS8879 limits do not apply to threads in the fluted portion of the thread, the minor and pitch may be up to 0.004 below AS8879 minimum values and major may be up to 0.002 below sheet 1 values for a distance equal to the flute length plus 1.5P Max. 9. See table III. 10. Pins shall be packaged or repackaged in clear sealed bags. Each bag shall contain a maximum of 100 pins for 5 and 6 diameters, 50 pins per bag for 8 and 10 diameters, 25 pins per bag for 12 diameter. Each bag shall be marked with purchaser´s and manufacturer´s complete part number, manufacturer´s lot number, manufacturer´s or distributor´s name and the pack date. 11. The "B" suffix is inactive for new design. "S" suffix parts supersede "B" suffix parts. The "B" suffix indicates cross-lock feature. Refer to SC7000 for cross- lock feature dimensional requirements. Cross-lock feature not available for nominal diameter numbers: 5, 6, & 12, for all 0.0156 & 0.312 oversize pins. Only completed pins with hex recess shall be modified into the cross-lock configuration when so indicated by the "B" suffix. 12. See sheet 6 for usage and inactivation applicability information. 13.
